How long does a typical tenant improvement take?

It depends heavily on scope and permitting timelines, but most single-suite TI projects run 8–16 weeks from permit issuance to substantial completion. We'll give you a project-specific schedule during pre-construction.

Can you work in an occupied, operating building?

Yes — most of our projects happen in occupied buildings. We plan containment, noise windows, and access logistics specifically to minimize disruption to your tenants. See our Safety & Compliance page for details.

Do you provide budget estimates before design is complete?

Yes — that's the core of our pre-construction service. We provide conceptual and budget-level estimates early so you can make informed decisions before committing to full construction documents.
